What should I expect after I place my order?

Julie will reach out to set up a consultation via email, call, or text to start designing and gathering the needed information for the design.

I will send you a questionnaire of exactly what information I will need.

The design process is SO MUCH FUN!

what kind of paper do you use?

Save the Dates w/ a Photo:

High quality thin style matte photo paper to bring out the skin tones and colors of photo

Save the Dates w/ text or a design:

110lb wedding white card stock paper

Invitation Paper:

110lb wedding white card stock paper

Day Of Wedding Stationary:

A thin style 70lb white card stock

All printing is done custom, so may vary slightly from screen to paper. This is due to the ink absorbing into the paper and screens are much brighter to the eye. Don’t worry! I am a perfectionist with color matching! I will send pictures as we go thru the design process. 

what is the turn around for an order?

The turn around time for mailing will vary depending on how long It takes us to finalize the design. Once we nail down the design and get it to be 100% perfect of how you love it then it takes around 5-7 business days to print & assemble depending on the size of the order.

I will be in constant communication with you and sending you the updated design files & pictures of the progress to keep you in the loop of what is going on with your order!

what if I want to do a custom package that you do not have listed?

No worries at all! Shoot me a message and we can set up a consultation time to go over pricing and your budget! Every single wedding is different and I want to make sure we can create your dream wedding stationary to be exactly how you want it to be.

return policy

Due to the time of the process and the nature of shipping, all items are non-refundable.

You will be involved in every step of the design process and I will mail you a sample of the paper, envelopes, etc so you can see the textures, paper thickness, etc.

Please message me as soon as possible if there are any issues with your order.

*Upon printing you will proof the final file to make sure ALL information is spelled correctly and is the correct names/date/location etc. Once you give me the green light to print that is the final GO.

If for any reason there is an error we will make sure to have the best plan in action to fix the issue immediately for a discounted charge depending on the order.

should i order everything together or seperate?

I always suggest ordering everything that you want ALL together! This does not mean that you have to print everything the same week.

Example- You want to order: Save the Dates, Invitation Suite Package, Programs, Menus, and Thank You Cards,

We will do everything as the timeline goes, step by step!

The perks of ordering everything together is that all of your items in your own bin in my office ready to go for print time AND you can get the discount that is available for all of your items.

what if i want a design that i do not see on your website or social media?

No worries! Send your design my way!! I love working on new designs and collections. Chances are I have the same design in my design files.

**As long as it is something similar to all of my stationary that is posted I can do it / find something that will be perfect for your design!**

If you send me an example that I cannot do, I will immediately tell you.

When getting online...different websites are GREAT for inspiration BUT they do come with a high ticket price. I work with the most budget friendly options WITHOUT sacrificing the quality and custom work.

will you assemble everything for me?

Yes if you would like!

By having someone help you 100% along the way it will help ease your wedding day!

I offer assembling NO EXTRA CHARGE!

This includes:

Stacking and assembling the entirety of the invitation suite including wrapping and sealing the belly band around the invitation for you.

Printing on Envelopes with your guests addresses
